Title: Pizzocheri Pasta Basic Receipe

2cBuckwheat flour
1 1/2cUnbleached white flour
4 Jumbo eggs
1/2tbOil
1pnSalt

Make pasta in regular way using well method.

Roll into sheets on thinnest setting and then cut sheets into horizontal strips 1 in. thick. Cut across the strips in 2 inch intervals to yield 2 in. long and 1 in. tall strips. These are pizzocheri.

Yield: 4 servings
